Refunds are on a case by case basis and must be solicited no later than 7 days after purchase.

Refunds are made only towards VOIP devices.

Service and Activation prices will not be refunded.

This is a month to month service and no contract is involved. If the customer wishes to cancel their service, simply do so 5 days before service renewal is due.  Monthly renewal is automatic when customer pays for next months service.
